Join Connie Wilson for a welcoming and accessible yoga session designed for all mobility levels. This class focuses on gentle stretching and balance while using a chair for support. All are welcome, and there is no charge to attend!

Simple Meditation
Mondays, 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM (March – October)
Join us for a peaceful session of mindfulness and stillness. The gathering includes 20 minutes of sitting meditation followed by 10 minutes of walking, ending with a final 20-minute sit. All are welcome to attend!
Yantra Yoga

Explore the subtle energy body through breath-coordinated movements and mindful meditation. Drawing from Tibetan traditions, this class helps release tension and cultivate inner stillness. Sponsored by the COA; a $10 donation is appreciated.

This free peer-support meeting provides a safe space for those seeking to recover from marijuana addiction. Following the 12-step model, the group shares experience and hope in a supportive, anonymous environment open to all backgrounds.

A compassionate fellowship for anyone whose life has been affected by someone else’s drinking. This meeting offers a secure and anonymous space to find understanding and strength alongside neighbors who share similar life experiences.
Neighbor to Neighbor

Help build a stronger, more resilient Monterey! Join in with facilitator Jennie Andrews for Neighbor to Neighbor, a localized network designed to ensure no neighbor faces a crisis alone. Whether dealing with severe weather, power outages, or other sudden shifts, this group focuses on mutual aid and “deep organizing.” Come share your ideas and help map out a structured system of communication and community support for our town.
