Date and Time: Alternate Thursdays, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Location: Monterey Community Center

Description: MCC Jam is a bi-weekly gathering for guitar players and other musicians to play, practice, and share music. Singers are encouraged to join too, and all skill levels are welcome. Set lists of around 16 popular songs are worked out in advance with input from the group, and lyrics with chords are displayed on the big screen and shared via Dropbox so everyone can participate.

You are welcome to come listen, but don’t expect a professional performance! It’s really about participation. Mark started the group in February 2023 so he had people to play harmonica with, and it has since grown into a steady rotating group of around 10 players and singers. Come join the fun!
