VOLUNTEER
Get Involved, we'd love to meet you!
Volunteering at the Monterey Community Center is a rewarding way to support our town while connecting with your neighbors. Whether you have a few hours once a year or want to become a regular fixture at the MCC, there is a place for you here. We look forward to working together to keep Monterey vibrant!
Opportunities for Individuals
Join our Volunteer Registry to stay informed about upcoming needs. Whether it’s helping set up for a seasonal festival, assisting with a workshop, or helping us maintain our historic building, we’ll reach out when your interests match our needs.
One-Time Help: Perfect for those with busy schedules. Help out at the Tag Sale, the Grain Festival, or a community cleanup day.
Ongoing Support: For those looking for a deeper connection, we always need help with program coordination, hospitality, or administrative tasks.
How to Join: To join the registry or inquire about current needs, please email us at montereycommunitycenter
@gmail.com. Be sure to add us to your safe list to receive updates!

Group & Organization Service
Is your local club, class, or organization looking for a service project? The MCC welcomes groups to help with larger tasks like garden planting, event prep, or community outreach. To coordinate a group service day, please reach out to montereycommunitycenter@gmail.com.
Student Projects & Community Service
We encourage students and scouts to bring their creativity to the MCC! If you have a proposal for a sustainable project that adds unique value to the center—such as a specialized workshop, a community art installation, or a sustainability initiative—we’d love to hear from you. How to propose a project:
-
Identify a specific need at the MCC.
-
Develop a timeline and a simple plan.
-
Email your proposal to our Programs Manager at montereycommunitycenter
@gmail.com.
